Catholic Health and Bertrand Chaffee have been partners since 2009, according to the report. Hospital officials see the primary care services collaboration as a way to further strengthen community-based health services.
Catholic Health’s original primary care services site in Springville will remain open as a community-based outpatient clinic for the Veterans Administration, according to the report. Patients will continue to see Laurence Plumb, MD, at that location. All other patients will be transferred to Bertrand Chaffee or given the choice to transfer to another provider.
