Lehigh Valley’s Heart and Vascular Center, located at sites in Allentown and Bethlehem, Pa., includes cardiothoracic surgeons who collectively have more than 90 years of experience. Its care team includes heart rhythm specialists, who perform more than 1,500 procedures a year. The center was one of the nation’s first to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement procedures. It was also first regional hospital to offer endovascular aneurysm repair for abdominal aortic aneurysms. The hospital has received Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has received a three-star rating — the highest rating — from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
