Charles is the Market Executive responsible for the bank’s Specialized Industries Healthcare, Higher Education & Institutional team covering all related not-for-profit clients in a thirteen state area of the southeastern United States. Charles’ southeast-based Healthcare & Institutions market is comprised of a team of seasoned Client Managers led by Charles, with Credit, Treasury and Sales Support professionals led by his leadership team. The team is known for its innovation and consultative approach to partnering with clients. Charles has been a member of the Health Sector Management and Policy Advisory Board at the University of Miami for the past 4 years and became Chairman in December 2016.
Charles is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and holds the Certified Treasury Professional designation from the AFP. Charles is a FINRA Registered Representative holding Series 7, 63 and 24 securities licensing.
