The joint venture facility replaces CTRH’s former location on the eighth floor of Seton Medical Center and expands the number of beds from 20 to 50.

Dallas-based Prevarian Hospital Partners, a post-acute care hospital real estate developer and investor, kicked off construction of CTRH in June 2011. The three-story building features special nursing units designed for treatment of patients with particular needs, such as traumatic brain and spinal cord injury.
