Rezoning approved for $24M Erlanger behavioral health hospital

Rezoning of Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Erlanger Health System’s $25 million behavioral health hospital was approved by the Chattanooga city council Tuesday, according to The Chattanoogan.

According to an Erlanger official, the facility will open by the end of 2017 once the certificate of need is approved.

The new facility will be operated by Nashville, Tenn.-based Acadia Health.
