Premier Closes IPO With $822M

Group purchasing organization Premier closed its initial public offering Tuesday, netting roughly $821.7 million.

Premier’s IPO included 32.4 million shares of common stock, priced at $27 per share. Premier went public last week, and its IPO was initially valued at $760.1 million.

Premier, one of the largest GPOs for hospitals and health systems, is trading on the NASDAQ under “PINC.” As of 9:35 a.m. CDT, its shares were trading at $30.75 per share.
