Inova to build $1B hospital

Falls Church, Va.-based Inova Health System is planning to break ground on a new $1 billion campus in the third quarter of 2024, Washington Business Journal reported Jan. 2.

The Alexandria, Va.-based campus will replace a nearby aged facility. The health system expects the construction to be completed in the third quarter of 2028. 

When it is completed, the facility will include a cancer care center, acute care hospital and specialty care.
