Hartford HealthCare to close orthopedic clinic

Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare notified patients it will close its orthopedic practice in Waterford, Conn., Oct. 31, reports The Day.

Hartford HealthCare officials did not disclose a reason for the closure, according to the article. Four orthopedic surgeons were employed by the practice.

Hartford HealthCare advised patients who received care at the practice to transfer their medical records to another Hartford HealthCare-owned facility.
