Starbucks hires new CFO from Hyatt Hotels

Hyatt Hotels CFO Patrick Grismer will replace retiring Starbucks CFO Scott Maw, effective Nov. 30, according to CNBC.

Mr. Grismer has more than 25 years of corporate experience.

Mr. Maw will remain with Starbucks through March 2019 as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition.

“As a seasoned CFO of multiple global, consumer-facing growth companies, Pat brings tremendous finance expertise, a customer-centric mindset and a wealth of restaurant industry experience to Starbucks,” said Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson.
