Tesla CEO Elon Musk took time during a company earnings call Aug. 1 to apologize for his behavior during the last earnings call, according to CNBC.
Mr. Musk came under fire in May after telling investors and analysts, "boring and boneheaded questions are not cool."
"I would like to apologize for being impolite on the prior call. Obviously, I think there's really no excuse for bad manners, and I was violating my own rule in that regard," Mr. Musk told Bernstein analyst Toni Sacconaghi, according to CNBC. "There are reasons for it: I got no sleep; 120-hour weeks, but nonetheless, there is still no excuse, so my apologies for not being polite on the prior call."
