1. Aetna, Dignity Health's hospitals and others collaborate for accountable care
Health insurer Aetna, San Ramon, Calif.-based Hill Physicians Medical Group, San Francisco-based Dignity Health Medical Foundation and Dignity Health hospitals are partnering for an accountable care initiative and introducing the Aetna Whole Health product — a collection of benefit plans designed for a coordinated care model — to employers.

2. Aetna, Seton Health Alliance collaborate for accountable care
Aetna and Austin, Texas-based ACO Seton Health Alliance are joining forces to help improve the quality of care and lower healthcare costs for patients in three Texas counties.

3. Aetna, Banner Network Colorado and others collaborate for accountable care
Aetna is partnered with four healthcare organizations in Colorado to help improve the quality of care for patients in several counties and provide patients with increased access to care.

4. UnitedHealthcare establishes ACOs with Advocate Health Care, Illinois Health Partners
Health insurer UnitedHealthcare established two new ACOs in Illinois: One with Downers Grove, Ill.-based Advocate Health Care, and another with Illinois Health Partners in Downers Grove
