Conifer Health Solutions generated $55 million in second quarter 2015 revenue, up 19.3 percent from the second quarter of 2014.

Emdeon intends to offer $250 million in aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2012.

Leidos reported $1.26 billion in revenue for the second quarter of 2015, down 4 percent from $1.31 billion in the second quarter of last year.

MedAssets‘ RCM segment had net revenue of $136.7 million for the first half of the year, up 3.7 percent from $131.8 in the first half of 2014.

RBC Capital increased its price target of MedAssets stock from $18 to $20 per share, according to a WKRB News & Analysis report.
