Dr. Talya Schwartz: (1) Food insecurity. (2) Housing. (3) Unemployment.

Q: What’s the centerpiece of an effective SDOH program? 

TS: Being hands on and closing the loop on interventions. Not only playing a consulting or referral role. 

Q: What is the most underrated trait of great leaders?

TS: Humility.
