PeaceHealth Cottage Grove (Ore.) Community Medical Center. Cottage Grove Community Medical Center is a 14-bed critical access hospital affiliated with PeaceHealth, a nonprofit Catholic health system in Vancouver, Wash. The hospital, which records nearly 45,000 outpatient clinic visits and almost 12,000 emergency department visits annually, has been serving residents of western Oregon since 1998. Cottage Grove earned a spot on iVantage Health Analytics’ Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals list in 2016.
