Kris Doody, RN. CEO of Cary Medical Center (Caribou, Maine). Ms. Doody began her career as a certified nurse’s aide and rose in the ranks to become the COO of Cary Medical Center in 1994. She was promoted to CEO of the 65-bed acute care hospital in 1999, where she now oversees 540 employees and a 60-member active medical staff. The hospital also includes 100 courtesy and consulting physicians as well as 75 volunteers. The American Hospital Association honored Ms. Doody with the 2017 Board of Trustees Award.
