River Falls (Wis.) Area Hospital. Since its incorporation in 1939, River Falls Area Hospital has evolved from a small city hospital into a larger regional hospital supported by Minneapolis-based Allina Health Network. The hospital center consists of a surgical center, birth center and wellness center. This nonprofit critical access hospital provides a full range of inpatient, outpatient, cancer care and emergency care services, and has been consistently recognized by various healthcare organizations for its dedication to quality care. RFAH won Healthgrades’ 2016 Outstanding Patient Experience Award as well as the 2015 Women’s Choice Award for America’s Best Hospitals: Emergency Care.
