Mike Heather. CFO of Prime Healthcare Services (Ontario, Calif.). Mr. Heather has served as CFO for Prime Healthcare — one of the fastest growing health systems in the U.S. — for three years. Previously, he was CFO of Prospect Medical Holdings, where he led the company’s initial public offering in 2005 and oversaw all finance department functions. Mr. Heather is active with Court Appointed Special Advocates, a nonprofit organization that helps abandoned and neglected children.
