Kathy Lancaster
Executive Vice President of Strategy and CFO of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan (Oakland, Calif.)
Joining Kaiser Permanente in 1998, Ms. Lancaster was promoted to CFO of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan in 2005. Prior to her current role, she held various strategy and financial planning roles within Kaiser Permanente. Prior to coming to Kaiser Permanente, Ms. Lancaster held a number of senior leadership roles in underwriting and network management for Prudential Insurance Company’s western region.
