Ms. Testman is CFO of MemorialCare, a $2.2 billion nonprofit, six-hospital system. She started her career as a registered nurse. Ms. Testman joined MemorialCare in 1998, serving as CFO of two hospitals and as senior vice president of financial operations before becoming CFO. Ms. Testman is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
