Mr. Hawig was named senior vice president, CFO and treasurer of Froedtert Health in August 2012. He was previously the executive leader of Durham, N.C.-based Duke University Health System’s revenue cycle organization, where he managed more than $2.8 billion in net revenue for three hospitals, a faculty practice plan and a primary care group. At Froedtert, he is responsible for all strategic and operational matters related to finance, including financial reporting and revenue cycle management. Mr. Hawig, a certified public accountant, earned an MBA from Duke University.
