Ms. Kilfeather-Mackey has held various financial roles with Dartmouth-Hitchcock since joining the health system in 1996. Before becoming CFO, she was vice president of corporate finance. Prior to joining Dartmouth-Hitchcock, she worked as a financial manager for other New Hampshire and Vermont healthcare organizations. She began her career working in the public accounting industry.
