Mr. Hinds has served as CFO of UC Health since its inception in 2010, helping create the system’s governance structure and establishing a capital structure with more than $300 million tax-exempt bonds issued. Mr. Hinds has negotiated the purchase of two of the system’s healthcare campuses, drove the merger of UC Physicians and UC Health into a physician-hospital organization and led a $75 million conversion of the system’s electronic medical record. He sits on the board of the Greater Cincinnati Health Council and HealthBridge and has been an expert speaker at several symposiums.
