Kathy Lancaster. Executive Vice President of Strategy and CFO of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan (Oakland, Calif.)
Ms. Lancaster has been with Kaiser Permanente since 1998. She served in various strategy and financial roles before becoming CFO of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan in 2005. In her current role, she oversees the controller’s office, treasury, capital planning, enterprise shared services and finance operations groups. Before joining Kaiser, she held senior leadership positions in underwriting and network management with Prudential Insurance Company’s western region.
