Mr. Reed has served as CFO of nonprofit Sutter Health for 18 years. He helped develop Sutter’s strategy of reinvesting resources into improving the health of local communities and guided the system to earn some of the industry’s highest credit agency ratings. Mr. Reed earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla. After his nearly 20-year tenure as CFO of Sutter, Mr. Reed will retire in January 2015.
