Meet the organization: Regional One Health is a nonprofit integrated healthcare delivery system with approximately 2,651 employees. Its acute-care hospital is where more than half of the medical professionals in Tennessee have completed at least part of their training. It earned its title as a “Top Workplace” by the Memphis newspaper The Commercial Appeal in both 2013 and 2014. The award is based entirely on employee feedback surveys.
