Barry Arbuckle, PhD. President and CEO of MemorialCare Health System (Fountain Valley, Calif.). Dr. Arbuckle has led MemorialCare since 2002 and under his direction the system has experienced exceptional growth and financial performance, rising in prominence regionally and nationally. During his time as MemorialCare CEO, Dr. Arbuckle has served on many boards, including chair of March of Dimes-California, officer of Integrated Healthcare Association and the former chair of the California Hospital Association. At MemorialCare, Dr. Arbuckle heads six hospitals and more than 200 care locations in Los Angeles and Orange counties, including ambulatory surgery, imaging, urgent care, dialysis and retail health.
