Pamela Hess. CFO of St. Vincent’s HealthCare (Jacksonville, Fla.). Ms. Hess was appointed CFO of St. Vincent’s HealthCare in June 2016 and began serving in an official capacity one month later. Prior to her leadership position at St. Vincent’s, she served as CFO of Saint Thomas West and Saint Thomas Midtown hospitals in Nashville, Tenn., for five years. Both hospitals are part of Ascension, and Ms. Hess is a member of the health system’s integrated finance team. Throughout her more than 20-year career in finance, Ms. Hess has served as an auditor, financial analyst and in various financial executive positions at both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
