Karen Testman, RN. CFO of MemorialCare Health System (Fountain Valley, Calif.). Ms. Testman joined MemorialCare in 1998. She served as CFO of Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center in Fountain Valley, Calif., and Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills and San Clemente, Calif., as well as senior vice president of financial operations for the health system, before being named CFO in 2013. Ms. Testman has previous professional experience in public accounting and nursing.
