Pamela Rudisill, DNP, RN, MSN. Senior Vice President and CNO of Community Health Systems (Franklin, Tenn.). A past president of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Dr. Rudisill joined CHS in 2014. In her role as senior vice president and CNO, Dr. Rudisill helps disseminate clinical best practices across the system and provides support for nursing leadership at the system’s 158 hospitals. She also supports affiliated hospitals throughout the regulatory, accreditation and certification survey process, ensuring readiness. Her most recent prior experience comes from Health Management Associates, where she served as vice president and chief nursing executive. Dr. Rudisill has a doctorate of nursing practice from Duke University in Durham, N.C.
