Page West, RN. Senior Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive of Dignity Health (San Francisco). As senior vice president and chief nurse executive of Dignity Health, Ms. West oversees nursing at 39 hospitals, yet still manages to add a personal touch to the role. This May, during Nurses and Hospitals Week, Ms. West went on an eight-day tour of all 39 hospitals to meet as many nurses as possible. She has been with Dignity for nearly 30 years. She joined the system after serving as chief nurse executive of Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento, Calif. Ms. West earned a master’s in health administration and public administration from the University of San Francisco.
