Nancy Susick, RN, MSN. President of Beaumont Hospital-Troy (Mich.). Ms. Susick oversees the financial performance and operations of Beaumont Health’s Troy campus, as well as its ambulatory, diagnostic and surgery centers. Prior to this role, Ms. Susick served as vice president, COO and CNO of Beaumont-Troy. Ms. Susick also spent 24 years in the U.S. Navy Reserve, ultimately retiring with the rank of Captain. During her service, she became the first U.S. Navy Captain and woman to be recognized with the Spirit of America award. Ms. Susick is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the boards of the Metropolitan Affairs Coalition and the University of Detroit Mercy.
