Carol Lovin, RN, MSN. Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Carolinas HealthCare System (Charlotte, N.C.). Ms. Lovin joined the system in 2007 and was hired as the system’s executive vice president and chief strategy officer in 2014. In addition to her role at the health system, Ms. Lovin also serves on the boards of Charlotte Center City Partners, Charlotte Regional Partnership and the Charlotte Chamber, as well as the Executive Advisory Board for Data Sciences at UNC Charlotte. She holds a master’s degree in nursing as a nurse practitioner from the University of Washington in Seattle and a master’s in health services administration from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
