Michael D. Connelly, JD. President and CEO of Mercy Health (Cincinnati). Mercy Health, a $6 billion nonprofit system previously known as Catholic Health Partners, has been led by Mr. Connelly since 1995. Under his leadership, Mercy Health’s community benefit commitments have grown from 5 percent of revenue to 10.5 percent of revenue annually. Mr. Connelly earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law and also holds a master’s in health services administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Outside of leading Mercy Health, he has served on the board of various organizations, including Premier and Catholic Health Association.
