Parkview Ortho Hospital (Fort Wayne, Ind.). Parkview Ortho Hospital, a part of Parkview Health, is a specialty hospital focused solely on orthopedics. In February, the hospital’s William Berghoff, MD, became the first surgeon in Indiana to implant the ConforMIS iTotal knee implant, a customized implant made using 3D printing technology.
