Providence Hospital and Medical Center (Southfield, Mich.).
Providence Hospital and Medical Center is a member of St. John Providence Health System, one of the largest providers of inpatient care in southeast Michigan. The physicians at Providence Hospital and Medical Center are on the forefront of cardiovascular research, including the Simplicity study for resistant hypertension, which was offered at only a few heart centers in the nation. The hospital was named one of the nation’s 50 top cardiovascular hospitals by Truven Health Analytics in 2013. Providence Hospital and Medical Center is also a Blue Cross Blue Shield Distinction Center for cardiac care.
