Penn State Milton S. Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center. Not only did U.S. News & World Report rank Penn State Hershey as high-performing in adult neurology and neurosurgery for 2015-16, it also ranked the hospital No. 44 nationally for pediatric neurology and neurosurgery. Penn State Hershey’s neuroscience-related departments work together in the Penn State Hershey Neuroscience Institute. The hospital has been a designated as a Primary Stroke Center since 2006 and became a Comprehensive Stroke Center in 2013. The hospital is also home to the Penn State Hershey Spine Center and is a Blue Distinction Center for Spine Surgery.
