Robert Wyllie, MD. Chief Medical Operations Officer of Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Wyllie has been chief of medical operations at Cleveland Clinic since 2011, responsible for business intelligence, pharmacy and continuous improvement of the health system. He also oversees the system’s efforts in surgical operations, hospital throughput and critical care transportation. His mission is to help Cleveland Clinic drive down the cost of care while improving quality and the patient experience. Dr. Wyllie, a gastroenterologist, previously served as chief of Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital and chairman of the Pediatric Institute at Cleveland Clinic.
