Robert J. Weil, MD. Senior Vice President and CMO of Catholic Health Initiatives (Englewood, Colo.). Catholic Health Initiatives named Dr. Weil senior vice president and CMO in August 2016 to provide strategic clinical and cultural leadership to the health system. Prior to joining CHI, Dr. Weil was chief medical executive of northeastern Pennsylvania at Geisinger Health System, where he gained experience with service-line expansion and providing value-based care. In his current role, Dr. Weil oversees CHI’s Institute for Research and Innovation as well as manages clinical service lines and physician enterprise.
