James Raczek, MD. CMO of UPMC Pinnacle (Harrisburg, Pa.). Dr. Raczek assumed the CMO role at UPMC Pinnacle in December 2017, previously serving as senior vice president and CMO of Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor. He leads a medical staff of more than 2,900 physicians and allied healthcare professionals providing care at the health system’s eight acute care hospitals. A fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, he has received several awards for his clinical work and his role as an educator and healthcare leader. He served in the United States Air Force prior to entering civilian medical practice.
