David Moorhead, MD. Senior Vice President and CMO of Florida Hospital (Orlando). Dr. Moorhead oversees the medical staff at Florida Hospital, a 2,100-bed, seven-hospital health system, as senior vice president and CMO. He has previous experience as CEO of Loma Linda (Calif.) University Medical Center and contributed to the establishment of the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital before joining Florida Hospital in 2006. Dr. Moorhead is a member of the American College of Physician Executives and spent time as the executive director of medical and clinical operations for King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Saudi Arabia.
