Gary Barnes. Senior Vice President and CIO for Medical Center Health System (Odessa, Texas). Mr. Barnes has been with Medical Center Health System for nearly 30 years and was previously with IBM. Mr. Barnes is active with CHIME, serving on the board of directors from 2009 through 2012 and on several committees. He has also been a member of HIMSS since 1988 and is a certified professional in healthcare information and management systems. He earned an MBA from Kennedy Western.
