The network includes more than 15 clinics, retail pharmacies, a wellness center and a rehabilitation facility. iVantage Health Analytics honored HFM among the Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals in the nation in 2017. In 2016, HFM contributed almost $10 million in total community benefit programming to the poor, uninsured and underinsured.
