Sutter Tracy (Calif.) Community Hospital. Sutter Tracy Community Hospital was established by community members in 1948 and built through donations from local residents, businesses, service organizations and industries. It affiliated with Sacramento-based Sutter Health in 1993. The 82-bed hospital was named as one of Truven Health Analytics’ 100 Top Hospitals in the nation for the first time this year.
