The hospital provides emergency services, outpatient services, acute care beds and maternity care to the residents of north Mecklenburg County and surrounding communities. The hospital’s website allows patients to view approximate urgent care wait times before they arrive. It was named a HealthStrong Hospital by iVantage Health Analytics this year. The hospital also received the Patient Safety Excellence Award, as well as three Specialty Excellence Awards, this year from Healthgrades.
