Grant Regional Health Center (Lancaster, Wis.). Grant Regional Health Center, formerly known as Lancaster Memorial Hospital, opened in September 1955 as a 36-bed hospital. Its capacity has fluctuated since then, and is now 25 beds. In 2014, Grant Regional Health Center was one of the iVantage Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals. In 2015, iVantage Health Analytics named it a HealthStrong Hospital.
