SERPA-ACO (Crete, Neb.). Nine practices joined together to launch SERPA-ACO in January 2013. Today, 14 clinics participate in SERPA-ACO, or the South East Rural Physicians Alliance-ACO. In 2014, SERPA-ACO was one of the top 10 Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs for quality, receiving a score of 93.57 percent.
