Mount Sinai Health System (New York City). Mount Sinai Health Partners, a clinically integrated network including providers and Mount Sinai Health System, partnered with Aetna to form an ACO in February 2016. The two groups signed a three-year contract that enables 1.1 million Aetna policyholders in New York to receive care from 3,100 employed and affiliated Mount Sinai physicians. Currently, Mount Sinai has ACO arrangements with CMS, Healthfirst and Empire.
