MemorialCare Regional ACO (Fountain Valley, Calif.). Anthem Blue Cross and MemorialCare Medical Foundation formed an ACO in 2014 focused on coordinated treatment for patients in Orange County with chronic diseases. In January, MemorialCare Regional ACO was one of 21 organizations selected to participate in CMS’ Next Generation ACO model for 2016. As of July, MemorialCare Regional is one of 18 ACOs to remain in the program.
