BJC HealthCare ACO (St. Louis). BJC HealthCare joined the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2012. The Track 3 ACO operates in Missouri and Illinois, and was the first organization of its kind in St. Louis. In addition to the system’s 11 hospitals, home care services and BJC Medical Group, 42 additional physician practices are involved in BJC HealthCare ACO. BJC HealthCare ACO is one of the few ACOs that included home care as a service provider and in its governing body.
