Philadelphia-based Jefferson Health will be the official healthcare provider of the 2016 Democratic National Convention.
The health system will offer medical services on-site at the WellsFargoCenter, PhiladelphiaConvention Center and various other locations scheduled to hold convention-related activities.
ThomasJeffersonUniversityHospital in Center City, Pa., and MethodistHospital in south Philadelphia are also centrally located to the event sites.
Jefferson physicians will also be available directly through Jefferson's telehealth program, JeffConnect. The program allows users to video conference with emergency physicians around the clock by mobile device or computer.
